  • 07Monitor system performance and respond promptly to support requests.
  • 08Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application and system faults.
  • 09Analyze error trends and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • 10Communicate application issues and system updates to users in a timely manner.
  • 11Liaise with application vendors and service providers to meet organizational requirements.
  • 12Schedule and execute regular system testing to enhance performance and reliability.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Technical competencies will be reviewed and validated by the Information Systems Department (ISD).
  • Experience & Competencies
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in administration, monitoring, and maintenance of software infrastructures and enterprise applications.
  • Strong background in ensuring system integrity, security, and high availability.
  • Experience serving as a primary technical point of contact for resolving application and system issues.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
