  • 01Monitor and control kitchen inventory levels for food, beverages, and non
  • 02moving, expired, or damaged items and report accordingly. Coordinate with purchasing, finance, and kitchen teams to ensure cost control. Support cost control initiatives by minimizing waste and over

  • 09Liaise with cargo agents and provide all required documentation for product clearance prior to arrival, including Commercial Registration (CR), MSDS, covering sheets, and product catalogues.

  • 11Material receiving and issuance
  • 12Delivery Order (DO) approval
