Key responsibilities
  • 01Ensure timely preventive maintenance and repair of all hotel IT equipment and systems
  • 02Coordinate quick resolution and restoration of faulty hardware, software, and systems
  • 03Ensure continuous availability of IT support for critical systems and emergencies
  • 04Manage IT consumables and ensure system requirements are always available
  • 05Establish, monitor, and maintain data backup and recovery procedures
  • 06Rebuild and restore data affected by hardware or software failures
  • 07Keep Hotel Management Systems updated as per Area IT Manager instructions
  • 08Support internal and external audits with required technical assistance
  • 09Advise management on IT improvements, upgrades, and technological advancements
  • 10Coordinate investigation and resolution of software faults and system enhancement requests
  • 11Establish emergency procedures to maintain hotel operations during system failures
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in hotel IT operations
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and IT infrastructure
  • Experience in data backup, recovery, and system security
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
  • Train employees on effective use of IT systems and provide user manuals
  • Distribute Night Audit and system
  • generated reports as required
Preferred qualifications
  • Locally available candidates in Qatar preferred
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
